Scrambled Egg Mix-ins

Scrambled eggs are nice, but scrambled eggs with stuff are even nicer. Here are just a few of my favourite mix-in combos for eggs-tra special scrambled eggs.

  • Sweet red and/or green pepper pieces, ham cubes, and green onion
  • Smoked salmon and onion
  • Small pieces of fried bacon
  • Mushroom slices, ham cubes and grated Swiss sprinkled on top
  • Peas, carrots and onion
