Rich Creamy Hot Chocolate

This recipe is actually Bonnie Stern's. I clipped it from the Toronto Star a few years ago, and consider it one of the best hot chocolates I've ever made.

1/4 cup cocoa
2 oz semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
4 cups hot milk

1. In a food processor, blend together all the ingredients but the milk.
Slowly pour in 1 cup of the milk, and blend until smooth.
2. Add the mixture of chocolate and milk to the remaining milk and heat gently until hot and smooth.
* 1 tbsp of your favourite liqueur (Amaretto is nice...) can be stirred in for a special touch.
